Dale Groff | Soil and Hydrology Specialist
For over 17 years, Dale has provided PHS with specialized support pertaining to soils, hydrology modeling, geology, and all aspects of environmental site restoration. He regularly conducts wetland delineations, water quality monitoring and analysis, and aquatic and non-native weed control. He contributes to local wetlands and riparian inventories, and installs wetland and riparian restoration projects in Oregon and Washington.
