Jane LeBlanc | Office Manager, Technical Editor
Jane brings over 30 years of administrative experience to the PHS team combined with five years of experience with the Department of State Lands to manage our office. As a technical editor she has formatted, edited, and proofed wetland delineation reports, proposals, and letters, and uses her knowledge in Oregon’s Removal/Fill Law and permit process to help see projects and applications to completion.
