For over 11 years, Shawn has conducted wetland delineations, wetland functional assessments, permitting, and monitoring. He is an expert in local land use regulations, especially Clean Water Services and Washington County regulations. He regularly prepares permit applicants for public and private clients, navigating them through often complex regulations. Shawn is certified by the Oregon Department of Transportation to prepare endangered species effects assessments.
