Eric Campbell | Environmental Project Manager
Eric has over 13 years of experience in the field of natural resource management and environmental compliance, and has permitted over 50 transportation projects for various state and local agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest, including ODOT. He has extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, with expertise in the areas of Endangered Species Act Consultation, wetland and waters permitting, NEPA compliance, project mitigation, fish passage, wildlife habitat assessment and survey planning, water quality assessment, erosion control, and environmental compliance monitoring.
